Is Fantasmic coming back 2021?
We heard back in November 2021 that the extremely popular night-time show, Fantasmic! would be returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World in 2022. We then learnt that we can expect to see additional segments in the show featuring new characters, water effects, and stunt performers.

February 23 – We found out back in November 2021 that Disneyland would continue its phased reopening of its nighttime spectaculars in Spring 2022. It has just been announced that the extremely popular nighttime spectacular, Fantasmic! will return to Disneyland Park on May 28, 2022.
Is Fantasmic running during Covid?
Fantasmic has been closed at both domestic Disney parks since the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Walt Disney World has clearly taken the opportunity to spruce things up.

To quickly bring you up to speed, late last year DPEP Chairman Josh D’Amaro announced that Fantasmic! will be returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2022.
