What is Y Fit Start? The Y Fit Start Program is 12 weeks of individual exercise designed for new and returning exercisers. During the 12 weeks, you will have 4 appointments with a Y Fit Start Coach to provide you with personal attention and extra motivation to help keep you on track.

Messages and pictures on clothing must be appropriate to standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Shoes are to be worn in all public campus areas. Flip-flops and slippers are permissible. Tattoos are not appropriate.

Can BYU students have facial hair?

All university male personnel are required to adhere to the Church educational System Honor Code and the BYU Dress and Grooming Standards which state that “Men are expected to be clean-shaven; beards are not acceptable.”
